Alexandru Rumleanschi, from Padova, Italy, won the U19 Italian National Championship with Cittadella Calcio before continuing his career in the United States. He played at Notre Dame College from 2019 to 2021, making 40 appearances and earning All-MEC Tournament Team honors in 2020.

In 2022, Alexandru transferred to Case Western Reserve University as a graduate student, where he was named to the All-Region VII Third Team, OCSA All-Ohio Second Team, and All-UAA Second Team.

He joined Cleveland SC in 2022 and has since been a key presence on the backline. He has made 26 appearances over three seasons and contributed 3 goals and 2 assists. He has also made 2 U.S. Open Cup appearances for Cleveland SC.
